An Individual Architect Registration is not enough!
All Firms (Entities) are required to obtain a Certificate of Authorization (COA)
Important Reminder to Registered Architects — Each Firm (entity) that practices or offers to practice architecture in Rhode Island must hold a current COA. This required COA is in addition to the individual's registration. Check to make sure that your firm (whether sole proprietorship, corporation, partnership, LLP or LLC) has a current COA.
All registration renewals must be submitted online.
